Where Aesthetics Meets Inspiration
The Story of Visual Artist Marina Manukian
Marina Manukian is a multidisciplinary artist and designer who bridges the worlds of classical art and digital technology. Marinarts Gallery was born out of the vision to create an inspiring environment, allowing viewers to step back from the fast pace of daily life and connect with a moment of true beauty.
A Passion for Creativity and Lifelong Learning
Marina’s professional journey is a constant dialogue between a broad academic background and a relentless passion to create. She immigrated to Israel in 1991 and settled in Tel Aviv, where she began shaping her artistic identity.
Following her military service, she earned a BA in Art History from Tel Aviv University, deepening her understanding of visual language and historical art movements. At the same time, she honed her painting, drawing, sculpture, and photography skills through workshops at the Meyerhoff Art Education Center at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art.
In 2007, she completed her studies in Visual Communication and began working as a designer in a newspaper. Marina went on to study digital illustration at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, as well as product design at the Holon Institute of Technology (HIT). During her studies, she specialized in vector digital painting, a style characterized by clean forms, technical precision, and a touch of softness.
The ROLE MODEL WOMEN Brand
At the heart of Marina’s work is her brand, ROLE MODEL WOMEN. Through her paintings, she offers a visual interpretation of female figures who radiate quiet strength, wisdom, and inner beauty. Her works are far more than decorative elements. They serve as a source of daily inspiration. Marina operates under the profound belief that the figures and colors surrounding us in our living and working spaces directly influence our sense of well-being and mental harmony.
Vision and Mission
For Marina, art is a vital tool for softening and refining reality. Her artwork is designed to make both public and private spaces feel more welcoming and harmonious. Every piece that leaves her studio carries an inspiring message alongside gentle, meticulous aesthetics, driven by a desire to create a more equal society and a relaxing, balanced environment.
Marina’s works have been featured in numerous art exhibitions across Israel and are highly valued by collectors and design enthusiasts looking to bring meaningful, emotional contemporary art into their homes.
