Regulations for purchasing a book on the marin-arts.com website
- Any request to cancel a transaction and/or return the product will be made in writing only to info@marin-arts.com email
- There is no refund after canceling a book purchase transaction. The right of cancellation does not apply to products that can be recorded, reproduced, duplicated, and especially because the book is not in its original packaging.
- You can cancel the book purchase transaction up to 14 days after receiving the book and receive a refund, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price if the book is hermetically packaged and remains in its original packaging.
- If the book arrived defective at a level that does not allow its use, the recipient must immediately notify customer service by email info@marin-arts.com with proof of the defect in the accompanying photocopy of the email. After proving the defects in the book, it is possible to replace it or cancel the transaction and receive the full consideration upon returning the defective book to the gallery. 
- If the book is damaged during shipment, all responsibility for the damage is transferred to the shipping company.

Regulations for the purchase of paintings
- Any request to cancel a transaction and/or return the product will be made in writing only to info@marin-arts.com email
- There are no cancellations and returns to paintings that can be duplicated, copied or recorded if the painting is not in its original packaging.
- In case of regret over the purchase of the painting, it may be returned in its original packaging upon presentation of the receipt up to 14 days from receipt of the painting. 
- The online gallery has pictures of the paintings sold there. Usually, the images are simulations of the display of the paintings and you may get the colors of the painting that do not 100% match the images displayed on the site. There are color differences in the screen view of the drawing to print the final drawing, so you may notice color deviations in the print of the drawing. There is no responsibility for these deviations. But I, Marina Manukian, make sure they are very minor with the employment of quality suppliers available in the market.
- In cases of replacing the color palette of the existing paintings, the customer must provide the palette with values of CMYK and not RGB. Any further attempt to print the painting with the new plate will be made at an additional cost.

Regulations for ordering personal portraits
- There are no cancellations and returns in case of ordering personal porpterets.
- Any request to cancel a transaction and/or return the product will be made in writing only to info@marin-arts.com email
- Commissioners must provide high-quality photos for a personal portrait. If not, you can get a photography service by the artist Marina Manukian at an additional cost in the central area and / or by the professional photographers in your area. 
- The style of personal portraits is graphic and not realistic and therefore the portrait will be in general outlines of the figure and will undergo an illustrative design interpretation by the artist Marina Manukian.
- There are color differences in the screen view of the drawing to print the final drawing, so you may notice color deviations in the print of the drawing. There is no responsibility for these deviations. But I, Marina Manukian, make sure they are very minor with the employment of quality suppliers available in the market.

Shipping Policy
- All deliveries on the site are free starting from purchases over 150 NIS.
- Product delivery dates in Israel up to 7 business days, abroad up to 14 business days.
- Delivery dates are subject to the shipping policy of the distribution company which is an external supplier of the online gallery and at its own risk.
- Fridays, holiday eves, Chol Hamoed and sabbaticals are not considered business days.
- The Gallery is not responsible for damages caused by the shipping and collection services.

Prices on the website
- The prices of the products on the site include VAT
- Use of the discount coupon will be made at the time of purchasing the painting on the site. The coupon cannot be redeemed on an order that has already been made. 
- Payment confirmation and invoice will be sent to you by email.
- Cancellation of a transaction up to 4 months is intended for people with disabilities (as defined in the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998) ("person with disabilities") or 65 years of age ("senior citizen") or older or defined as new immigrants ("new immigrants"). In this case, cancellation of the transaction will be made after presenting the appropriate certificates in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.

- We may offer promotions and benefits to Site users from time to time. These promotions and benefits will be managed in accordance with the provisions of these regulations as well as the instructions published on the site, from time to time. The Gallery reserves the right to change, discontinue or extend promotions and benefits, at its discretion, and subject to the provisions of the law.
